About Me
My name is Emma, I'm 26 years old, and I have been lifting weights for over 7 years. Throughout that time, I have learned what actually works outside of trendy fitness fads. I operate more on building real, long-lasting habits, and less on quick fixes. Fitness isn't just about how you look - it affects your energy, your confidence, your discipline, and how you show up in all parts of your life.I remember what it was like to start out in the gym - intimidating, feeling foolish, unsure of what to do - so I hired a coach. Having proper guidance from the start of my journey saved me a ton of wasted time. I felt more confident knowing I had the support and guidance of someone more knowledgeable than I was at the time.
